We take all suggestions and complaints by the customer very seriously and deal with them immediately. Frequently Asked Questions: Can I cancel my order once it has been placed? So long as your order has not yet been dispatched, orders can be cancelled by Telephoning the branch where the order was placed. Oders over placed via our website should contact us on freephone: 0800 734 1431 and speak to one of our sales staff. Note: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Cancelled orders also carry a 15% administration charge. Please see our terms and conditions (Note 5.4) Do I have to pay by Credit card? No, we also accept payment by cheque. Once we receive your payment we will dispatch your order immediately. Do you carry out demonstrations on all electric beds? Yes! you will have to book a demonstration by calling the branch nearest to you for a demonstration time. For enquiries outside of Yorkshire plase contact freephone 0800 734 1431 and speak to one of our trained sales staff with regards arranging this. Do you deliver to locations outside the UK? No, unfortunately we only deliver to mainland UK at the moment but our future plans do include an expansion of our delivery system to cover a larger delivery network. What if I have a Customer Service problem?
